Nice staff and good location close to tram station that gets you to all main attractions. We got a room at the ground floor next to reception and it was very noisy during the night + a problem with the toilet. The reception staff responded to our query very prompt and we were moved up to the 5th floor. The breakfast is very good. Same every day, but tasty.

The staff is among the friendliest and most professional staff we've meet. The rooms are very clean and they had a fresh smell. Room service was excellent. It was like we received a new room every day. The breakfast is realy good! Lots of turkish dishes. The location is really good too. You can reach most of the places of interest in that area by foot in 20 minutes and public transport to everywhere else in 10. The photos for this property are very accurate. We enjoyed eating our breakfast every morning on theit balcony :). Great staff, clean rooms in an exellent location. What else could you ask for? 10/10

Location - close to everything, good public transportation. Kind, friendly staff. Breakfast was okay the first 2 mornings, 3rd and 4th morning breakfast was amazing.

Very good location and breakfast. Staff were very friendly. Room facilities were as expected, although the Air Conditioner did not work on the first day/night. Four different staff checked it before we were moved to another room on the second day.

great breakfast selection lovely staff. views out of the breakfast room are amazing!!! clean rooms with good facilities, central location about 15 min walk from Hagia Sophia. Will definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay at the Beyazit Palace hotel. We chose the half-board option as we were travelling with a child. We had a triple room and it suited our needs. The room was cleaned every day and the hotel was in general clean and tidy. Breakfast was good. The salad bar had especially a good selection. Our dinner experience was also great. Grilled fish, lamb kebab, Adana kebab and more. Portions were of a good size and the food was tasty. We will definitely recommend Beyazit Palace hotel to our friends. Thanks for the great week in Istanbul.

I enjoyed my stay, this is my fifth time in Istanbul, so i tried several hotels and this one is my favorite: - very friendly staff, like really! - close to Laleli T1 station, like 3min, you don't have to walk uphills, you are between Sultan Ahmet and Fatih, also Aksaray is closeby if you take the havaist bus to airport - free breakfast on 6th floor with nice view on marmara see - price/value is top - clean rooms and beds - possibility of 3 bed room I really recommend you to stay here !

We like everything about the property: the location is strategic near the laleli tram station and many shops around. Breakfast,Room service everything good. You get complementary water, iron upon demand.

Good friendly staff. Room was comfortable and size was reasonable. Room facilities was good. Not too noisy and breakfast location was excellent on the 6th floor with lovely view.
