The staff is among the friendliest and most professional staff we've meet. The rooms are very clean and they had a fresh smell. Room service was excellent. It was like we received a new room every day. The breakfast is realy good! Lots of turkish dishes. The location is really good too. You can reach most of the places of interest in that area by foot in 20 minutes and public transport to everywhere else in 10. The photos for this property are very accurate. We enjoyed eating our breakfast every morning on theit balcony :). Great staff, clean rooms in an exellent location. What else could you ask for? 10/10

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and the view from the terrace was beautiful. I like how big the buffet was and the variety available. It was so cosy and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable - we only really slept in them as we spent our days exploring. The location is fantastic. Super close to Laleli tram station and near all the tourist attractions! Mr. Sener and the entire team are so lovely and helpful. You won't regret booking here, it's a beautiful and well-run hotel. My sisters and I thank you for everything :)

Nice staff and good location close to tram station that gets you to all main attractions. We got a room at the ground floor next to reception and it was very noisy during the night + a problem with the toilet. The reception staff responded to our query very prompt and we were moved up to the 5th floor. The breakfast is very good. Same every day, but tasty.
